Unless you have a solid referral, finding a reliable and honest web/graphic designer is a shot in the dark. Unfortunately we learned this the hard way during the construction of our website. We stopped work on our project after the second designer. We wasted valuable time, money and were not satisfied with the work product up to that point. Our project stalled for a period of time due to trust issues involved with hiring a new designer. One day we stumbled upon an advertisement for Web Designer OC and took a chance. Glad we did.
